Introduction

• Compatible with Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 / Compute Module 4 Motherboard.

• Made of durable aluminum material, corrosion / oxidation resisting, has better heat dissipation effect.

• You can attach this heatsink to the CM5/CM4 motherboard, matching with the CM5/CM4 on size and mounting holes. Also, this heatsink with CM5/CM4 motherboard as a unit to attach to IO board or other base boards.

• Support install PWM cooling fan on the top of the heatsink for better heat dissipation. For heatsink with cooling fan, please refer to ZC505 (ASIN: B0DT12D9F3).

• The short screws are used to fix the heatsink to CM5/CM4 board. The long screws and rubber gaskets are used to fix the heatsink and CM5/CM4 board to base board. You can also place the fixed heatsink and CM5/CM4 board to base board directly.

• Comes with 4pcs thermal tapes, attach them on the CPU of Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 / Compute Module 4.

• Notched for Antenna Section: Support install antenna and no hindrance to the antenna.

• Note: CM5/CM4 and base boards are NOT included.

Installation Guide

Installation method 1

Use 4pcs M2.5x4mm screws to fix the heatsink to CM5 board. And then, place the fixed heatsink and CM5 board to base board directly. As shown below:

Installation method 2

First, place the heatsink on CM5 board, and then place 4pcs 1.5mm rubber gaskets on the base board.

Second, place the heatsink and CM5 board on the top of rubber gaskets.

Third, use 4pcs M2.5x8mm screws to fix the heatsink and CM5 board to base board.
